Faringdon Lodge Pools  

Farington lodge is a public open space located south of Lostock Hall. Formed through the construction of the railway, the site consists of three fishing lakes. An urban fringe site, Farington lodges is a popular site used by anglers, dog walkers and families. Farington Lodges Angling Association lease and maintain the site. The lakes are stocked with mixed coarse fish and day permits are available from Lostock Tackle Box, Lostock Hall.

Heapy Lodges  

Number 6 is somewhat separate from the other Heapey Reservoirs. Fishing is only possible from the dam wall and a couple of pegs along the north bank, to which access is down a very steep slope. The greatest care should be taken in approaching these pegs. Parking can be a problem during public holidays as the area is very popular with walkers. Heapey Lodges are Members Only.

Ormsgill Lower Reservoir  

Furness Fishing Association manage several fisheries at Roanhead just north of Dalton in Furness together with Ormsgill Reservoir on the western side of Barrow in Furness and Mere Tarn near Scales to the east of Dalton. Neets Valley Park  

Fishing is permitted on the lake or on the pond in Cock Cabin Wood. The lake is stocked with coarse fish (carp, tench, bream, perch, pike and roach).
