Rainwater Lake
Rainwater Lake is well stocked with Carp, Rudd and Tench, the biggest catch being a massive 29lb mirror carp. Also countless smaller fish of various sizes are caught daily by both novice and experienced anglers alike.
Barbless hooks only are permitted and the use of keep nets are not allowed. Bait bans are NO ground bait, bloodworm or hemp. Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The lake is oval in shape with an island situated at one end. Stocked with a good variety of coarse fish including specimen carp and bream, along with roach, tench and perch and even a large fan-tailed goldfish together with some ornamental carp. Thorpe Vale Fisheries consist of two lakes (4 acres in total) which offer two different fly fishing experiences.
The top lake is open and offers good opportunity to fish dry fly in the surface wake. Fish are freely rising not large but very fit.
The second lake is sheltered by trees and offers a quieter retreat. Excellent for evening rises but you have to be good to catch! Small natural flies are the order of the day.

Tetford private lake is 2 acres and an ideal water for the pleasure angler. It is well stocked with bream (to 4lb), tench (to 7lb), roach, rudd, perch and carp (to 20lb). There is a comfortable accommodation for up to 30 anglers. Wheel chair & mobility vehicle access is available to several pegs and there is a disabled peg close to the main car park. Fishery toilet facilities are close to the lake (unfortunately without disabled access at this time).

Five lakes are stocked regularly with Rainbows raised from egg on site. The minimum weight to a Pound and a half but also stock fish from Five to Ten pounds on a monthly basis. Brown Trout can also be caught in all lakes. A Half a mile of the Great River Eau is available to fish at no extra cost which has wild Brownies and Grayling living in its depths.

Fenlake Fishery is a single 20-peg lake set in the Lincolnshire countryside.
The lake looks very quaint and is an ideal place to go fishing if you fancy a relaxing session. However, the quantity of carp in the lake means that there are some big weights available, to nearly 200lb!
