I love this place. don't listen to others. if you follow the rules you will be fine. Basically have an unhooking mat. Don't use bread. Use a 15" hook link on the feeder/bomb. No method feeder. Apart from that then no different than anywhere else. Don't let people that just don't want to follow rules put you off. Expect at least 150lb of fish in the summer on the Angel lakes pellets banded

I’ve been fishing here 2 times, and the owner is crazy, wanted to check my landing net, forced me to buy a landing mat or she wouldn’t let me fish, she checked all my bait, then to top it all of me and my friend weren’t allowed to fish the pond we wanted to for reasons unknown and were made to fish the mixed pond, we then Later got wrong For keeping fish out the water to long, she new because she had been watching us all day on camera, she told us to our faces, Listen I might not be the best or the most professional fisherman in the world but we honestly tried to follow her rules on both occasions needless to say we won’t be returning which is a shame as it’s actually fishing wise probably the best water in the north east by quiet some distance

If hitler ran a fishery this would be it, rules on top of rules, wanting to check your bags to see what bait you've got, watching you on camera to make sure youre not doing anything they like, Ive seen the owner come running out of her hut to shout at someone for handling a fish and not using a net and telling him to leave,
