Although River Farm Fishery is a small lake, it boasts some fantastic fish. Carp to over 30lb and Roach to over 3lb. The lake has many swims with the more desirable swims being at the bungalow end of the lake. Sadly, during the colder and wetter months the ground gets incredibly muddy but if your willing to brave the mud it can be worth it.
There are good marginal reeds with the odd tree and bush as features too. Its worth baring in mind that the lake can get very busy with Carp anglers doing 24hr+ sessions so get there as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
