Cowpe Reservoir is an exclusive 16.5 acre trout water with spectacular views over the surrounding landscape. Fed by three clear moorland streams the water is of crystal clear drinking quality.
Cowpe Reservoir has been stocked to the optimum level for high quality trout fishing. The water already has an indigenous head of brownies stocked over three decades ago. There is even a head of Blue Trout, which fight even harder than the standard Rainbows and produce rapid takes and aerobatic fights.
