Went a couple of weeks back and fishing was none stop. Lost count at around twenty fish for the day ranging from 4lb upto a 13lb ghost carp. Definitely recommend especially after the good job of sorting all the pot holes out on the way in.

Fished all day yesterday , came back today . Cracking two days fishing , well over 35 carp caught between me and my mate . We also caught lots of barbel. All the fish was in pristine condition and was lovely to be be busy landing fish in colder weather . The owner on arrival and when we was leaving was filling pot holes in on the track and stopped to have a friendly chat , and was nice to hear what he has done with the site since owning and what future plans he has , cannot wait for the summer , cafe , tackle shop , peaceful , friendly and great fishing and self catering cabins if the family fancy it ! What more do you need .

You will need a large vehicle to get through the atrocious potholes on the track leading to the fishery, beware if you have 2 rods you will be charged £14 not the £10 clearly stated on the website, another warning just as you get fishing and your swim baited you will hear a constant banging of the owner’s children constantly kicking a football against the fence at the end of the main lake! Well you will until they kick it over the fence and into your swim twice within 2 hours and ruin any chance of catching any more fish, then they want to borrow your landing net to get it out , well you might as well lend it them as you will not need it anymore as any fish in your swim have by now disappeared! Toilets shut , just rubbish
