I agree owner will talk of 30s they simply aren't there! Have fished it for 3 year's best I've seen proof of is couple fish possibly 20 on a good day but wont last long as they wont admit there is otter problem such a shame could be great if properly looked after

There is NO carp in here to 30lbs no pictures no conformation nothing and i know loads of people who have fished this
