Lakeside Leisure Park is located near Chapel St. Leonards in Lincolnshire. The fishery comprises four coarse fishing lakes offering excellent fishing. Tackle shop and car park available on site. The Boating LakeThe Boating Lake holds the largest of the fish with Carp up to 34.5 lbs and Catfish to 54 lbs.Preferred tactics are the method and floating bread. Good nets of silver fish can be taken on maggot, worm and castor.The lake is 3.5 acres in size and in summer has motor boat rides operating on it, however this does not affect the fishing. Kingfisher LakeThe Kingfisher lake has recently been redeveloped and stocked with a good number of Trout (catch and return).The lake also holds a good head of carp to 8 lbs and silver fish. Both float and ledger fishing on worm, maggot or pellet can produce good nets of Carp Horseshoe LakeThe Horseshoe lake contains Carp up to 24 lbs along with some lovely Tench and various other species. The lake features an island and large reed beds, ideal for fishing close too.Preferred methods are float fishing out to the island or in the reeds.The Golf PondThis is the smallest pond but it holds a large number of fish for it's size. This pond is stocked with Carp to 4lbs, although a few larger fish may be present, and small Barbel.Float fishing out to the reeds or weed patches proves very successful and good nets of carp can be had.
