The Bingley stretch is from Dowley Gap Top Lock to Swine Lane Bridge – Approx 3 Miles.The canal contains Roach, a good head of Bream & Skimmers , Carp up to 25lb+ , Perch, Gudgeon, Ide, Chub, Pike (lots of Jacks).This is classed as a mixed fishery and is open all year round.A Second rod for Carp Fishing may be used in one swim – provided an Annual Carp Permit has been obtained prior to fishing from the Club Secretary.Anglers should follow “The Waterway Code”, and not obstruct the towpath.Day tickets are available for this water from local tackle shops and WH Kershaw in Bingley.
