The Old Mill House was once a working mill, now beautifully converted into a detached riverside cottage, retaining some of the original features. It enjoys a peaceful, secluded location, 200 yards from the River Taw on the edge of the village of Umberleigh, in the beautiful Taw Valley. The Taw is about two hundred yards away and is reached by crossing the railway branch line. There are 2.5 miles of fishing which is looked after by Ivan Huxtable.
