Newton Abbot Fishing Association has the rights to over twelve waters in the Newton Abbot area which offer some of the best coarse fishing in Devon. Rackerhayes Complex - consists of 6 waters. Island Pond is a lake of about 5 acres and open to all ticket holders. Stocked with mixed coarse fish: tench, roach, rudd, pike, bream and eels. First Pond is about 2 acres and open to all. Stocked with a good head of carp, tench, roach, bream and pike. Wheel Pond is open to all but juniors having priority.
Linhay Pond is open to all and is approximately 3 acres in size. Well stocked with a mixture especially bream and tench. Boilies are not allowed on this pond. Dores Pond is the largest of Newton Abbot’s waters at about 9 acres. Floating platforms on this water available for members over 18 only. Stocked with bream with a good head of silver fish and perch. Also stocked with a very large head of carp. Weedy Pond is about 1 acre in size and is stocked with variety of coarse fish.

How do I join the Association? I live near Cullompton and am retired so tend to fish on weekdays.
