Is the lake open? I used to enjoy fishing there with my son but last year they told me at the local shop that the lake was now closed - can someone clarify please?

Unfortunately that seems to be the case, l used to phone the bailiff for the entry code and pay him on the bank but he said the owner has closed the lake but he didn’t know for how long , originally I thought is was because of covid but it doesn’t look like it now, it’s a shame I used to enjoy going there too !!
