The b2135 Ashurst to Partridge Green route passes through Alderwood Ponds. On site, there are three ponds: Dave's pond, which is accessible to the handicapped and has hardstand parking, the Corsican pond, which has 15 pegs, and the Island pond, which has 26 pegs. Carp to 38lb 8ozs, tench to 10lb, perch to 5lb 10zs, roach, rudd, and orfe are all available.
