Ive fished here for 3 years night and day. Never seen or caught a Perch of any size. The pond is not big or deep enough to sustain a carp that size as they only grow in relation to the size of their environment.

Visited today, had 1 rod for carp but no signs of them so not sure it has got any in there anymore,which let the venue down if you like carp fishing, plenty of bream etc
