Definitely some smaller carp in the lake and some nice Bream and Rudd. Needs netting to remove the excessive amount of very small silver fish and possibly a restock. The pegs could go with some work as they are very overgrown in places. The lake is very attractive with plenty of features, just needs some work and maintenance to become a great venue for a few hours fishing. Bargain price

Ive fished here for 3 years night and day. Never seen or caught a Perch of any size. The pond is not big or deep enough to sustain a carp that size as they only grow in relation to the size of their environment.

Visited today, had 1 rod for carp but no signs of them so not sure it has got any in there anymore,which let the venue down if you like carp fishing, plenty of bream etc
