Waskerley Reservoir is a 350 hectares lake in heather moorlands in the Derwent Valley, over twenty feet deep with coloured water.
Fishing must stop when limit is reached. Fly & worm only. No catch and release is allowed when using worm. Full list of rules are posted in the fishing lodge on site.
Waskerley Reservoir is stocked with Rainbow and Brown trout. Fishery records: 7lb Rainbow, 6lb Brown.

can you still get day tickets for Waskerley? I was turned away,by someone saying he was a bailiff, as he was locking the gate !
