Located five minutes from the A1 motorway near Thirsk in the Vale of York Woodland Lakes takes in 40 acres and 380 pegs spread across 13 venues.
Dedicated to pleasure, open and club match fishing there are always a minimum of five compete lakes free on the complex for pleasure anglers.
There are four tarmac car parks and a tarmac roadway around the whole complex, with comfortable purpose built swims, many of which are disabled friendly, Woodlands regularly hosting disabled angling clubs.

The shop also serves as an information centre for the complex, where the best pegs and tactics are freely available to help you get the most out of your stay. If you need further help there are also two qualified angling coaches available to brush up your skills and help you to better catches.
A café overlooking the lakes serves a hot menu, and Woodlands also boasts a pub and restaurant on site, the Watermill.
