Front Pit - This mature 3 acre gravel pit has been developed into an general fishery with rudd, roach, perch, crucian carp, tench and bream. Carp are a major quarry a good number between 20lb to mid 30lbs with one at 35lb. 15 C4 and 6 C6 20-24lb mirror carp were stocked in 2019. Pike to 20lbs plus and large eels have been caught.

Back Pit - This 5.5 acre water has been developed as a specimen fishery. Most species are present to specimen size with roach and rudd to over 2lbs and tench to 6lb and bream to over 9lbs. Carp are the main quarry for anglers in this very rich fishery with the fish averaging in excess of 20lbs, a large percentage over 25lb and a up to ten 30lb to 35lb+. Pike to well over 20lbs have been caught.
