Burnt Wood Lake is owned by the Cranbrook & District Angling Club, a welcoming fishing club in the midst of Kent's Weald. It provides superb fishing for all sorts of anglers on a variety of fishing lakes and rivers throughout Kent and Sussex. Burnt Wood is a 1.5-acre site with average depths of 10 feet. With ample fish bankside cover, overhanging trees, and a shallow bay, this area provides excellent close-in action and is ideal for stalker anglers.

This charming, tree-lined lake is home to a healthy population of carp, as well as specimen bream, roach, rudd, and perch, as well as the odd pike. This lake allows night fishing, and the parking area is just 30 yards from the shore. At this position, you are only able to utilize a total of two rods.
