Chartham Lake

Ashford Road Chartham CT4 7

Chartham Lake is a multi-species lake with a significant population of carp, pike, tench, rudd, and bream.

Beautiful English scaled mirrors and commons may be caught after a carp stocking. This is a terrific lake for the typical coarse fisherman, and it's one of our newest lakes.

All of the fish in this venue are hard fighting, magnificent English fish, and it is a place that has never seen a line in. Our bailiffs have seen fish that are well over 30 pounds and have never been caught before. There are just a few swims on this lake, so if you enjoy your privacy, you'll find it here. Behind the swan and tonford lakes, the lake is concealed.

This venue may be fished by those who buy the Gold Ticket, as well as those who purchase the Milton Lake and Handle Lake tickets. Prices may be found in our membership area.

Please keep the gates closed at all times; this is private property that is not accessible to the general public. We strongly encourage anybody who detects questionable conduct to contact a bailiff or Chris (fishery manager). This venue has a gate code, which you will get when you join up for a membership.

This location does not have a closed season, however anticipate swim/lake restrictions when the fish are spawning. Please call us before visiting the lakes to check that they are open as normal.
