With 30 permanent, comfortable platforms, Woolwich Green is home to numbers of carp, tench, bream and silver fish. Fishing well throughout the year to pole, waggler and feeder methods makes this a productive venue for both match and pleasure anglers, with weights regularly reaching 100lb! Stocked in 2008 with silver fish and 800 Sutton strain carp to 3lbs.
Even the coldest conditions, this lake will provide great sport to the thinking angler with a sensible approach. Baits, including maggot, paste, pellet, flavoured corn, meat and punched bread, will help you catch throughout the year.
