Am I allowed to walk round the edge of the lakes purely for the scenery? I am not a fishing person, just a pedestrian.

This is a nice lake but when I was last there summer 2020 there was a long channel of weed on the lake next to the car park so it ruind my swim but still a nice lake defo back soon
