Dilham Fishery

Chapel Road, Dilham, NR28 9PZ, Norfolk, United Kingdom

Norfolk's Dilham Fishery is located in the town of Dilham. On a day ticket or season ticket basis, this disabled-friendly fishery has 19 pegs. It is often utilized on the weekends for football events. The 2.5-acre Dilham Fishery Ground features a 0.75-acre lake, 19 swims, and a boat ramp.

The lake is stocked with rudd, carp, and roach, as well as other species of coarse fish. An Environment Agency rod license is required, as well as a charge. The Lake contains two islands and a promontory in the center, with a total area of 0.75 acres. It's one of the greatest places to fish in the area since it's well-stocked with largemouth bass and other coarse species.

It is today a commercial fishery, open seven days a week, and a popular destination for visitors. As a result, the lake's level remains consistent throughout the year since the region is nourished by a continual supply of spring water.

This is an excellent fishery. Bill the owner is very helpful and friendly. The swims are well maintained and there are plenty of them. The fish are abundant and healthy, rudd, roach, bream, carp, tench available. This is my regular go to fishery. There are never any matches, so it is always open and available for day tickets.

Excellent days fun fishing. Roach, Rudd, Ide, Tench and various carp. 38 fish in total ranging form 5cm Roach to 4lb Mirror, all on bread. 3/8/24 Other information. There are super roach and Rudd present with my personal best rudd coming in at 2lb,3oz and whitnessed by Bill. If you are a carpy, I have had 14lb common, whitnessed and 17lb has been caught. Sweetcorn, Luncheon meat and bread are superb baits as well as the traditional maggot, caster, worm etc. I have fished this venue for 10 years, loved every visit. As a note, there are abosultly NO events, football or fishing and no preditor fish especially wide mouth Bass!!! Hopefully the listing will be uoated soon.
