Is this fishing lake open ? Looks a nice place to fish

No this lake has not been looked after. I had a trip up there today to have a look. All the banks are overgrown with bushes and small trees. Lake is full off weeds and water level has dropped a few feet. There was 3 lakes. Other 2 smaller ones have dried out. Shame I use to like going here years ago.
