There are two coarse fishing pools at Spring Heath (Eccleston Pool and Blurton Pool), which have an emphasis on maintaining as natural a surrounding as possible. They are unlike many commercial fisheries, as the pools are not over fished which generally allows the guests to enjoy the views, nature and of course the fishing. There is an abundance of wildlife such as Kingfishers, Buzzards, Merlin, Herons and Water Voles.

Lots of fish being caught in the mixed fishery including Perch to 3.5lb, Bream to 4lb, lots of small Crucians and Tench. Carp to 20lb being caught in the Carp lake. If you want a peaceful natural surroundings, where you need to apply old fashion angling skills this is the place to go. If you want to catch F1’s every cast or barbel from a pond this this is not the fishery for you. Please read and respect our rules and our fishery
