The pool is supplied by a stream and produced by a dam; the stream end is just a few feet deep, but the dam end is around 20 feet deep. Carp to 20lb+, Tench to 9lb, Bream to 6lb, Crucian Carp, Roach, Rudd, Blue Dace, Trout, and Chub are all known species.
