The main 3.5 acre Carp Lake has 10 swims with a rule of a maximum of 2 rods per angler. The lake contains a number of  carp that are currently over the 30lb mark with the largest reaching over 38lb. There are a number of other species in the water such as Pike over 20lb, Large Tench and Bream. 

The coarse fishing stream is over half a mile long and is the ideal location if you are trying to catching a wide range of species. Some of the species contained in the stream are Perch, , Dace, Roach, Bream, Chubb, Pike  Tench And Carp
