Upper Salden Lake

This lake is owned by the Winslow and District Fishing Club and is situated at Cook's lane in Mursley, Buckinghamshire. The beautiful spring fed lake is surrounded by shrubs, bushes, and trees making it an idyllic setting for a day's peaceful fishing. 

The fishery has 21 swims in total; all of which are based on wooden platforms. The lake is mostly silty and contains large amounts of Lilly pads and reeds which are often very productive as the fish like the cover and natural sources of food.

Species contained in the lake are Carp, Tench, Orffe, Pike, Roach and Crucian Carp.

is there any specimen size roach fishing available in Milton Keynes area. Friend found references to "specimen roach" on web site but cannot remember name of fishery. Many thanks and appreciate your help TP
