The main lake at St Erth, managed by Marazion Angling Club, offers superb coarse fishing in a forest environment by the side of the River Hayle. The lake is stocked with roach, perch bream, F1s, crucian carp, and a large supply of mirror/common carp up to 20 pounds. Our smaller members-only lake in Plain-An-Gwarry has a large supply of little silver fish, as well as tench and crucians, and is excellent for young anglers starting the sport or those who like a fast-paced light-tackle activity.
