Oaks Pond

Oak Pond, which is located directly at the top of the property, offers a feeling of seclusion and peace when participating in the individual swims. On one side of the pond, the surrounding willow and pine trees provide decent shelter, while the sun beams on the open swims on the other side all day. The middle's waving reeds may be seen by everyone. The fish takes refuge in this area. Don't be deceived; be vigilant since this one requires rapid thinking. The carp move quickly and are quite directional. 2 to 4 feet of depth variation.

Birch Pond

The well-known Silvers Only Pond has a wide range of species and is also a fantastic beginner's pond. Just keep in mind that during netting we may have overlooked a few carp! The swims are roomy for single anglers, couples fishing together, and parents with one or more children. Birch is a terrific place to start, particularly on a whip or pole, and we always urge kids to give the sport a try. 2 to 4 feet of depth variation.

Syncamore Pond

Though the middle pond is a large open space, don't assume the fish are lost. There are plenty of little to medium-sized carp in there, as well as a few ghosties. They swim extremely closely to the edges seeking cover and are equally quick. Bending the rod and catching a few fish is great fun for a day of fishing. 2 to 5 feet of depth range.

Ash Pond

This one requires some work and is not overstocked; it is a little more difficult. The bigger carp in Ash range in weight from 10 to 20 pounds, with a few hitting slightly over 20 pounds. includes four substantial swims including a double swim at one corner. 3 to 7 feet of depth variation. above 18 only.

Larch Pond

Favoured by many fisherman for its accessibility and variety of species. excellent for all types of fishing. Varying from three to six feet deep.
