Hall Farm Moat

Peel Hall Road, Wythenshawe, M22 5, Manchester, United Kingdom

Peel Hall Moat is a moat that once when around the original Peel Hall. A popular venue for junior club members, the moat offers some exciting fishing, although only shallow especially during the summer months, a wide variety of fish can be caught, with some reasonable size carp hiding amongst  the more popular species. not a major water by any stretch of the imagination but still well worth a visit. Best baits would seem to be bread, corn, maggot and pellet. Peel Hall Moat is now part of Peel Hal Park and is situated on the corner of Peel Hall Road and Lomond Road.

Kevin you need a licence regardless of where you are fishing, even private property which includes commercial fisheries as well.Rod licences can be obtained online or your nearest post office,at 30 pounds for 12 months it is well worth the money.hopes this helps lozza
