I come from Pimlico London. Schooled at St Vincent de Paul attached to Westminster theatre, and wondered if you had history there?

I called John and also asked if I could apply for a permit to fish at his lake. Something seem suss about the short chat with John. He asked where I was from and when was the last time I fished at the lake. And then he told permits are full. I asked when/how to be updated if there become available. He just straight told me when we made some. It doesn’t make sense to me turning away business. And seeing all the other reviews on here having a similar experience. Sad time. Was a really good lake and made some good memories there.

I rang the other day to enquire about day ticket fishing and was told its closed for day ticket fishing. So I said to John Harper I live in Croughton, but apparently that makes no difference. I've lived in this village for 17 years now and have enjoyed fishing at Pimlico farm over the years but I'll have to find somewhere else now.

The saddest day of my life in being refused a permit to fish Pimlico. As someone fast approaching 80 I found the day ticket consessionary price well worth it. Beautiful lake. Stunning fish. Shame about the appalling decision to make this a membership permit lake instead of a day ticket lake. Sad.sad.sad.

Rang up spoke to the lady she asked when I last fish there I said about 30 years ago she said well you cant fish here we only want locals regulars here I said but it doesn't say that on Fishadviser I dont care she replied that's nothing to do with us shouted and screamed at me and put the phone down what a very rude vulgar and vile lady just hope she doesn't speak to everybody like that I certainly will not ever be fishing there
