Wykeham Lakes is situated within the Dawnay Estate on the southern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, half a mile off the A170 (Pickering to Scarborough Road) between Wykeham village and West Ayton.Wykeham Lakes is made up of four landscaped lakes (former gravel pits), one of which is the Trout Water is regularly stocked with Rainbow, Blue & Brown trout. The three other lakes provide a variety of coarse fishing, which includes pleasure, predator and a match lake to tempt the general, match or specialist angler.
