There are 3 lakes on the complex with each of them having 30 pegs to fish from which are big enough for arm chairs.

The carp lake contains carp up to 26lbs in weight with the average sized carp ranging between 7lbs to 9lbs.

The cruician lake contains Tench up to 6lbs, crucians to 2lbs and bream up to 4lbs.

The match contains carp up to 24lbs, a range of different carp species such Koi, Ghost, Cruician and Common carp. Match fisherman often bag up over 100lbs of fish on a single day.

All of the pegs on the complex can easily be accessed by disabled fisherman, there is also free parking, toilets, a on-site tackle shop and snacks/refreshments available.
