Our second visit to Mill Farm,to this gem in a quiet peaceful part of Devon. Neil and Gill your perfect friendly hosts. I have fished all my life and am amazed at the lake here . Pristine fish , hard fighting old English carp perch and specimen roach and Rudd, personality catching 1 3/4 lb roach makes me believe a 2lb fish or more is easily possible. Abundant wildlife , village pub mixed with walks we take from Clovely or Bude for the coastal paths Will be back for more peace and that 2-3 lb roach !! Jay & Jane from Surrey
