Drove from Newquay to find a nice quiet lake for the day, in search of a new venue to fish. Place looks amazing until you speak to the person that owns it "david" just feels like he doesn't want you there. Huffing and puffing about 1 angler on his lake making me feel not wanted. I was the only person on the 2 acre lake and had a complaint that my umbrella was taking up to much room 'even though there is a path about 4 foot away that goes round my umbrella system' because he couldn't walk his dog where he wanted to. Is it a dog walking lake or an angerling lake? No fishing rules or net dip :( and also brought a bottle of beer from the shop and some bait to support the site and then get followed on to the lake to make sure I don't drink a beer on the bank? Had to leave food bag in the car as it contained cold beer which was keeping my food cold in this hot weather. Will not be returning which is a shame
