This fishery is owned by Billericay and district angling club which took over the lake in January 2010. Prior to this, the lake hadn't been fished for 18 months. A test fishing session back then produced plenty of carp between 10-20lbs, Tench, Perch, and Rudd. Boilies are only allowed to be used as hook baits, however, a few stringers are allowed.

- Only one rod may be used at any given time.

- Barbless hooks only

- No surface fishing is allowed
