Please can anyone tell me why the bailiff at albans lakes is such a knob his got a real bad attitude with paying customers who just want to fish I’m sure he was bullied as a child really think the owners need to look at what’s happening there it’s supposed to be a nice relaxing time instead you have him drunk coming up to you with a gun I suggest going elsewhere rib valley is really nice with lovely bailiff Wanting to help you please tell me you experience of albans lake compared to other lakes

I find this really hard to believe. I am on the complex fishing almost every weekend with my sons 9 & 7 and recommend the complex to every one. The bailiffs are always pleasant and very welcoming, and a world of knowledge they are more than happy to share. Normally only people who break the rules get the wrath and rightly so.

To the reply I’ve been going there since I was 10 and now 38 never have I seen it being run so badly how can you say it’s good when you have a drunk bailiff driving around with a shotgun I’m not the only one who has seen this if you look online I understand the lake does look a lot Cleaner but still could be better and they need dip netting areas as a lot I mean a lot of fish have been dying in the lakes I was fishing there 2 weeks ago and had 3 dead carp In my swim I get it fish die but not this much I’m glad you have a nice experience I’m just saying how I see it when I go and I have never broke a rule there
