Falkenvil Fishery is situated in the heart of East Sussex between the towns of Hailsham and Eastbourne. The fishery is one of the largest coarse fisheries in the county and consists of five heavily stocked lakes which provide superb fishing for novice fishermen, more experienced anglers, specimen hunters and match anglers. Falkenvil Fishery is a day ticket venue open to everyone. Anglers have the benefit of a large car park, flushing toilet facilities and easy access to the fishing lakes.
Main Lake is 4 acres in size with the average depth of 2 metres and 40 metres in width. Low flat banks facilitate safe and comfortable fishing. Average carp weighs approximately 6lbs. Other species that can be found at Falkenvil Fishery – Main Lake are chub, barbell, bream, roach, tench and perch.
