The region is bordered by lovely private forests and stocked with Carp weighing up to 28 lbs, as well as Rudd and Perch, and has two mature estate lakes of 3 acres (Top Lake) and 1 acre (Bottom Lake).
The Top Lake (the biggest of the two pools) is home to an abundance of specimen carp weighing up to 28 pounds. It has a maximum of five anglers, each with a maximum of three rods. There is plenty of water on each peg.
Fishing is now prohibited in the bottom lake.
