Bristol has many attractions, but few are more appealing to anglers than the sight of a vast body of water.
The Harbour encompasses a wide region in the heart of the city. This, together with the Feeder Canal's link to the main river, offers a venue with multiple swims for both match and pleasure anglers.
Permits may be purchased on the bankside, in tackle stores, or at the Harbour Masters Office, which is located near the reconstructed SS Great Britain.
The Docks are 15 feet deep on average. Roach, dace, bream, and perch may be taken in large numbers, with carp or chub thrown in for good measure.
